The board honored the Associated Press 5A football players and trainers, the trustees for School Board Recognition Month, and the PTO for gifts of $12,700 to each elementary campus, $5,000 each to the high school and ninth grade campus and $1,100 to the learning center. President Jay Stringer announced he would not run again.
